When I first started my fitness journey, it was all over the place. I began working at a gym to force myself to go, but all I did was simple exercises, and my diet wasn't great. Because of that, I never made real progress—until I started training under Chris. He helped me stay accountable for both my workouts and my diet, and because of that, I've lost nearly 50 pounds of fat.
